Does anyone have advice about real estate!!!?

does anyone have any tips on getting into real estate i have been applying and emailing agents but no one gets back to me. I know i would be good at it i jsut need a chance to show someone!!!Does anyone have advice about real estate!!!?
Instead of emailing and calling agents, try calling the manager or broker of record for a specific office. I feel that a phone call is more professional and would only resort to email if you're replying to an ad and that is what they asked.

You could also walk into an office and ask to talk with the manager or broker of record. This will show them that you are taking a possible career seriously.

Good luck!

All the best!

NOT a good area to get into right now - houses are simply NOT selling. Banks are foreclosing, and even they are having trouble getting rid of them to get their money back.

The economy is such that people are not spending right now. Banks are not giving out loans, and agents get paid ONLY when they sell a house.
One thing to consider is getting involved in the loan business. You can actually do this (depending on the state you live in) without a license. It's a good place to get started learning about the real estate industry.
Real estate agents have to go to school to be licensed. A good start would be to work in a real estate office to see if this might be something you truly want to do. Choose a local chain and just go in and talk to someone. Good luck.
Contact a local real estate licensing school or a Coldwell Banker office in your area. Interview with several Branch Managers to find an office where you might be a good fit. They will explain the licensing requirements and various options for you to purse. Just don't give up.
