right, i am in year 10 at school, (im british, so i dont know if grades in the US are different, but im 14 nearly fifteen) and i fancy this guy in my form who is in year 8, is this weird?





i know i can fancy whoever, but what do i do, everyone will make fun if i go out with him, so should i just leave it??

Well, everyone makes fun of you, what about you, do you make fun of yourself..? If you do go out, do you have to do it so openly so that everyone make fun of you. After all you are only 14, boy still a long long long long more way to go, many more years to live, and many more obstacles to clear, many more people to face, and may more fun to enjoy or even suffer, do you give up so easily........


Advice, everybody can give, but the decision is yours and yours alone. Why not learn to walk the road alone, and occasionally, you do listen to some advices to help you to decide. Grow up and be a lady, or are you one, or is it man enuf to face it......, are you????
hey huni! I think you should leave it. Fancy by looks but dont make a move on him, hes probably a immature. And it wont look right either. Lol i used to think a yr 8 boy was cute when I was in yr 10 aswell!! what a coincidence! but id advise you to leave him and not try anything with him...its illegal and im sure you can find someone your own age.

Do you and what makes you happy. When I was 18 and shortly dated a guy who was 15. I loved every minute of it. We did do it under cover though. But I did it. He'll always be younger and you can't change that.


It's more acceptable at 20 and 18. But has that much time. You may be in different worlds by then. Your young have fun.
ok so i had this problem a little while ago too. so just tell him you like him. you guys may go out. yes some people WILL make fun of you. its no biggie. you like him he likes you what else is there? the other people will get over it eventually and it doesnt seem like that drastic of an age difference anyways. so just do it. dont care what others think. its there problem. not yours. :)

i think if you like him and he likes you then you guys should go out but first get to know him and then if you still like the way he is then go for it and go out
it dosen`t matter what anybody else think if u really like this guy go for it do not let other people get in the way of what your heart wants.
It depends on YOUR comfort level. The most I would date is a 3 year age difference. So it sounds fine to date him.
