I need advice about a personal problem?

i have recentally noticed that one of the flaps of my vagina has swollen and i have nothing that may have caused itI need advice about a personal problem?
Go to the doctors or your OBGYN. Im sure they will see what the problem is. If its not going to go away soon I suggest you go to the docs.I need advice about a personal problem?
You need to go to your GP or Gyno. It may be an infection, such as thrush, this can occur without having sex, its just a build up of yeast and it can cause swelling of the labia. However it may be a number of other things, to be sure you do need to go and see your doctor.
Contact to a gyno.

I need advice about my dryer problems - it tumbles but will not heat (see details).?

I am renting to own and this is the third used dryer they have brought to me - the first one overheated all the time and then justed stopped heating all together - the second one would tumble but no heat and the third one is the same! The guy who installed my plug said that it in no way is an electrical problem -but someone at my husbands work said it is most likely a problem with the breaker- The guy who installed the wiring said they are just bringing me dryers with a bad heating element. Any advice on what to do? How can I check things out myself?I need advice about my dryer problems - it tumbles but will not heat (see details).?
The motor and the heating element both run from the same circuit, so it can't be a problem with your breaker, power, or outlet. Your dryer may have a bad heating element, or it may have a bad temperature sensor. (The sensor turns the heating element on and off as needed.) Either way, they owe you a dryer or a repair. Normally they run for years without any repairs, so they are bringing you junk!I need advice about my dryer problems - it tumbles but will not heat (see details).?
Make sure the dryer is completely unplugged and look around in there with a flashlight and hand mirror. There should not be any disconnected wires laying around inside there. If you find one, then that is most likely your problem.

Return the dryer and tell them they better give you a brand new one makes no sense for them to have you paying for broken appliances.
Sounds like a bad heating element or a fuse.

If you are renting to own, they have to fix it. If you read your contract, they will replace or fix it until it's paid in full. If they won't then call your States Attorney Generals Office and explain it to them. Also call the Better Business Bureau.
You can do a little checking yourself.

Get a cheap glow/ neon tester from Lowe's or a hardware store. Check power available from the plug/ outlet. There should be 240 volts across the outside legs of the plug, and 120 from the center to either leg outside.

That being OK, check the connections inside the dryer the same way. You could have a broken ';Pigtail';, if you loose power through the pigtail, just replace it and get your money back with the receipt from the building people.

All else failing Dryer parts proving good, there is a safety officer at the fire-department who can give further details...........
The dryer is running but no heat. This sounds like you have a bad heating element. This problem can be caused by a faulty heating unit but most likely you have a clogged lint screen or clogged exhaust duct. To ensure the best performance and longest life of your heating element you should clean your lint screen every time you use your dryer. You should also pull the dryer away from the wall and check the exhaust duct for lint. Re-install the duct and make sure it has no kinks or sharp corners that will restrict air flow. Another very unlikely scenario can be a miswired plug. I had a old dryer I bought from a friend that was not wired correctly. It too had a problem burning out heating elements. If your dryer is not wired correctly you'll receive a shock if you touch it while touching the washer at the same time.
Make sure the duct is clear. This happened to me one time, birds had built a birdnest in the duct, air could not get thru, and it quit heating.
have them send you a different brand and see what happens.
you can take it apart and use a multimeter to check the electrical continuity of the heating element- it's probably burnt out, in which case there'll be no continuity. If they are old units, then it is likely that the element will be the first thing to wear out. BUT don't take it apart or do anything if doing so will void your warranty. If you are renting it, its owner must have some obligation vis a vis it being serviceable.

I need advice about a girl, is it bad to be nice?

I feel like such a loser asking for advice on the internet but it was perscribed by a friend of mine. To tell you the truth im not very tech savy. Anyways more to the point, this girl she broke up with me after two weeks. I know I should ';get over it, two weeks is nothing'; but I can't. I really really like her. She said she didnt want to go out with me anymore because she just broke up with her ex after 2 years a month or so ago and that she wasent ready for another ';long term relationship';. I told her I understood and she did the whole lets still hang out and be friends thing and she has called. But then ive been told that she dosn't like me because im to nice. I dont feel that way. All i know is the two weeks I went out with her were like rays of sun threw the clouds, fleeting but a light in the dark none the less. So basicly i've hit the bottom and im dead lonely. So im asking you all for help. Can you give this poor guy some needed advice?I need advice about a girl, is it bad to be nice?
no... don't think that asking for advice here makes you a loser... you're far from it... people here are real humans too just like you!! so about this girl... i think i can sympathize with her... girls who're fresh from break-ups most likely do not want to jump into another serious relationship right away... speaking for myself i wouldn't want to be solicited at too much... she might still be licking her wounds right now... and i take it that you're being too nice means being solicitous... making some fuss about her may have hit some sensitive nerves... i hope you are keen enough to really understand her side... she had said in her own kind way that what she wants is to be friends with (for the moment)... and yes she needs a little space from romance too... it's either you can wait... or there are always other more than nice girls out there... you don't need to narrow your world of heart affairs... don't wallow into weighing your feelings down... go out and have fun!! good luck...I need advice about a girl, is it bad to be nice?
okay, i hate girls who say that a guy is too nice! that is ridiculouse!

i would love to have a guy that is too nice for once!!

unfortunately i cant give you advise! but i can give you some guidance...

i suggest that you keep yourself busy, focus on what else is important in your life such as your job etc and move on from this girl! She has already hurt you and she is already showing you that she is going to take you for granted anyway!

This may be hard for you and lonely is a terrible thing to be, however i think its the best thing for you to forget about her!

you deserve someone who will love you back the same way and who will appreciate you! and your niceness!! :)

hope i kinda helped :)

hang in there!! and good luck!!
There's no such thing as being too nice (unless you're syrupy sweet and it seems fake or overbearing). Be her friend, help her get through it, make her laugh, and see what happens.
act like an adult and tell her how you feel. If she still doesn't want to be in a relationship with you, then get over it and find someone else
well it depends if ur being to nice becuase that kinda shows a girl that u arent tough not that u arent but alot of girls think that hope this helps
Ha, don't feel bad for asking relationship advice on the internet. Feel bad for asking for relationships on the internet.

Well, you've gone into the sky, but took a nose dive. The best thing to do us straighten out and begin to ascend slowly. Be her very best friend, and then maybe she'll see the light, and want to start again.

Also, I'm not sure if there is such a thing as 'too nice.' Maybe too weak, or not assertive enough, but too nice? No...
Being a nice guy can scare a woman away. A lot of women like a challenge, and therefore go for the bad boy. Don't let this discourage you. Just realize that she was not the one for you, and there is a woman out there that will accept you for who you are, and for all of your good qualities.
Nice is never a bad thing.. In time you will get over it..Keep busy be around your other friends
ok. if your nice with a girl shell step all over u. if your an *** or assertive or watever shell hate you. b in the middle. b a nice guy but uh dont in a way.
Leave her alone.. there are other women out there.. and it's not that you're too nice.. you're too emotional...
for me i like guys who are nice but don't be too nice or else she'll think your gay or she'll treat you like a brother
don't feel bad ..i'm single too. Not to burst your bubble but If she doesn't wanna be with you ...she doesn't wanna be with you hun. Girls can be straight to the point. When I'm done in a relationship i'm done. Don't chase after her, let her come back to you if she is gonna. Trying to push harder will only push her further away.
From my experience when I was courting my future wife, she did not like me on first impression. However, with some perseverance she was won over. She told me later that a lot of things I said made sense. She also noticed that I was a proper one man woman type of guy. Finally, be nice, proper, sober, clean, respectful. Be funny but no dirty jokes. Are you working and earning an honest living?
Well I havnt met a guy yet who was ';too nice'; so I dont think that would be your problem. First off I dont think it was a good idea for you guys to go out in the first place if she is trying to get over another relationship. But anyways that becides the point. I think she just really needs some time, so being a good friend would be wonderful because she will need somebody to helo keep her mind off her eX. Being their for her, listening to her, and having fun with her would probably mean alot to her. But if your not getting much of a chance to be with her get active and do something. I promis it will your mind off of her for atleast a little while. It will give you something to do and random memories of the girl wont keep popping up.
Sometimes a girl wants a guy to tell her what to do. If you are always a pushover and agree to everything she says, she may not want to date you. Girls like a little competition and if you are always into what SHE wants, she wont want anything to do with you. I suggest checking horoscopes, seriously, they tell everything about what type of person she is and what kind of people she likes. I know it sounds stupid, but its true and what harm can it do?
She sounds like she is not ready for a great guy like you. She wants to hurt some more, be played around with, etc...

If she tells you that you are ';too nice';, then that is your cue to get out of the relationship. You are a nice guy, a gentleman, a hero, but some girls are not ready for that.

They prefer the bad guy that dumps them, the drunk guy that abuses them, etc, They are not ready for being treated nice until that is what they want. It is so much a psychological thing with them. Your ex needs help but until she gets that help, or wants that help, leave her alone......

There are tons of women who need a nice guy like you to stabilize them selves, and have a sense of security that a man gives them in a relationship. Keep looking for women, not just to say that you have a date, but look for the ones that are ready for committment, like you are.....
I always hear the ';too nice'; excuse. Did you call her a lot and feed her too many compliments? Some girls do not like that and feel like the guys are smothering them. If she isn't the romantic type it isn't a good idea to be needy with them. I think she may like the type of guys that are a bit of a challenge to get, some girls are just competitive in that way. She may also need some time to get over her ex... just act like a friend to her and see what happens...Show her that you may still be interested but don't act obsessive with her ( not that i am saying you are, but if that is the case.) If it doesn't work... there are plenty other girls that are looking for a nice guy! don't settle for less.. get a girl that will appreciate your kindness and love you for who you are.
Well I know some too nice guys and what I mean by that is that they let every girl walk all over them and they give them everything they want. Your not like this are you? If not my advice to you is to move on and enjoy being single and just be with your friends...trust me....if there is a right one they will come. ...don't rush it
I'm only 13 ,but no you can NEVER be too nice or sensitive!! Dude that's mostly how i get the the ladies!!!

Be how you want to be!!
well it really depends on what type of girl she is.

i meen some girls and most girls go for the bad boys. and then some go for the sweet sensitive guys.

its kinda like the say nice guys finish last lol.

i dont know if that helped any. but i hope it did
get over it.
its not bad to be nice. just keep being nice and if she doesnt want you back, someone else will come.

why wud any1 not like a person because they are nice?
Forget about her. Two weeks is nothing. Don't force someone to be with you it'll turn out bad. Just forget her go on with life there are many more fish in the sea.
First of all don't feel like a loser. We're all losers just asking for simple answers :) Ok, I know EXACTLY where you're coming from, I give all my friends advice and I answered a problem just like this for my cousin. Listen, girls are more complex than guys. They are much more emotional and get attached easily, so you can't blame the girl for missing her ex. She went out with him for 2 years!! She simply thought that she needed change so she went out, but all those memories of her ex probably made her miss him more. It's not that your not a good guy, it's just she wasnt ready for a relationship. A girl has to be mentally ready for change, so she can move on to the next level. You cannot pressure her, that will just make her move away from you more. Instead, def. keep in touch with her as a friend, don't be way too pushy either. The girl just needs to get all her memories and feelings out. Even though you have feelings for the girl, a relationship is never one-way it has to be two-ways. Look for another girl, take time to heal yourself. You never know you may find someone else, if not, just stay friends with her if you really love her. No offense but you only went out for 2-weeks, give it some time, maybe you just were in cupids lovey craze. Best of luck!
If the person that told u that she doesnt like u because your too nice is not telling the truth then about what she said in that shes not ready fr a long relationship thing is probable true. But if the guy who told u she doesnt like u cause your too nice I dont know what kind of way it means maybe its a way that your too cool for her or she wants you to be bad like a thug?
i dont think being nice is bad. i lovee guys who are nice, sweet and caring
Well some girls like the bad rocking guys but girls like me lie cute nice sensitive guys. If you like her so much ask if its true wat you heard and if it is get over her and youll eventally find anouther girl you care about so much.

good luck

I need advice about my decision to change careers.?

I recently went to school to get medical training and is in the process of making a complete career change. I decided to do that not only because I've always loved medicine, but also I don't want to be stuck working stressful, deadend jobs like I've been doing for the past several years. I'm determined to change my life for the better, but it's been really hard getting started. Jobs that I've seen and applied for want someone with a billion years experience, even entry level jobs. I'm working for a temp agency right now until something better comes along to help pay the bills. But the only thing I seem to be getting assigned to are jobs that not only don't pay very well, but that actually suck. This one that I'm assigned to now has me sitting behind a desk staring at the four walls answering the phone for eight hours and the phone didn't ring that much. I have clinical experience and I just want some one to give me a chance. I know I'm just starting out but I have to start somewhere.I need advice about my decision to change careers.?
If you found something that you really like then stick with it...it might take some time before you get where you want to be but it will be worth it in the long run. Have you tried going back to the school and see if they have any referrals or leads that would put you into something more promising? Some temp agencies deal strictly with technical/medical fields. Try to find one of those. Some companies hire from the agencies and some will actually deal with the school when they are looking for new hires. Good luck...don't get discouraged.

  • What good advice did your mother give you about marrage ?

I asked about good advice from fathers so in the interest of being fair i feel i should ask about mothers advice.

(I got so many good answers)

here is a link if you wish to check out my eairler question.

http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind鈥?/a>What good advice did your mother give you about marrage ?
I'm too lazy to use your link...

so, my FATHER told me ';Never marry a man until you have seen him thoroughly drunk. That's the only way you will ever really know him.'; Dad was right. People reveal their truest colors when under the influence. What good advice did your mother give you about marrage ?
    She never gave me advice........

But i've learnt from her, and i don't think marriage is for me!
    How to spell it
Her marriage failed. I wouldn't take advice if she did give it, which she never did.
My mom said that somedays you will wake up and not want to look at your husband and thats ok as long as you can get over it. =D she was kidding.... i think
from my grandma was give not all take 50/50
    DON'T DO IT
my mom said to marry an old rich guy wait till he dies and be happy and never fall in love
Never got any good advice from my mother.

I have just done the opposite that she did and it has worked for the last 9 years!
None really. My parents scream, yell and sleep in separate beds.
never go to bed angry and always trust and never ever assume anything and always always tell him you love him because you never know when the last time is

Need serious advice about possible relationship?

I have known this boy for a year now. Only the last few months we have became good friends and close. I have never dated or had a crush in my life. I just turned 18. My family told me he had a crush. So i asked and we both admitted to having crushes. He was a sweet gentle nice quiet boy. He has never had a GF either. So we went to the movies and that night he said he just wanted to friends and thats okay with me. So i started talking this this other boy and going to see him and he ran him off. I asked him why and he said cause he can. Then it was getting to the point i could talk to friends. He would come to my house and unplug the phone line and follow me around when im on the phone. I kissed him on the lips just alittle peck because of a dare. that night he told me on the phone he was going to hold me down and kiss me and lick my face. He triped me and twisted my arm the other day. I dont think he ment it. but he is very childish like that. Ill add more details in a minNeed serious advice about possible relationship?
Forget him and move on.Need serious advice about possible relationship?
Needing to specifically ask questions like 'are we dating?' If so then 'do you treat all your girls like this?' Followed by 'what's your future gonna be like..?'; Find out what his motives are for being with you in the first place. If he's uncomfortable with a girl's presence then try to find out what it's like you as a girl alone with a boy at this time of night...in a place like this..etc. You need to find out the difference between having a meaningful hands on relationship that may include some skinny dipping or interaction between you two - or simply remain friends and don't find out what the attraction is at all. Find the motives you'll find your answer. By asking what kind of future he looks into you'll know if it matches your expectations..like 'I'd like a house in the country with sheep and dogs with five kiddies playing' Obviously his intentions are to find all in a person..are you that person? Again, the motives..and direction are important for him and of course yourself too. By playing with each other in this way you may find a good side and a bad side..its upto you both to be who you really are in all wants and needs - for good and bad. If you do get along with the playful moments then you would not be asking your initial question. Go with the flow and seek adventure..while you can. If bullying into submission is his fort茅 then sure enough end it..but find his motives for capturing your attention..just tell him that you have his attention..now what does he want..turn the book about face and plug those questions at him. Am sure he'll tell you if he's jealous and wants something more apparent than chats you have with anyone on the phone. Good luck.
sounds like he is very controlling don't get in voled best thing he said to you is he is not going to talk to you or see you or touch you any more. cause he sounds like it can escalate in to vilance later and may be rape later i know my friend did not take my advice and really got battered and raped. drop him as a friend.... he tells you he not going to talk to you and see you is just anther way of controling you trust me please be careful and take care ok
just be yourself and that's all about it.
After reading your details, I'm now wondering why you even bothered to post the original question. If you dislike this guy as much as you described here, where is the possibility of ';a relationship';? I'm totally confused with you now.
Stay away!!! He is controlling and jealous now, if you got involved with him, it would probably become an abusive relationship. Even as just a friend it is becoming that way. He has no business doing the things he is doing and you need to stay away from him. A friend doesn't control your life or hurt you physically on purpose. If you continue to be involved with this person, you will end up hurt.
First off all no man should ever put his hands on you. That upsets me because todays society lets things get way out of hand and some of todays young men have no respect for women. I think you should let your family know that he is borderline psychotic. What person do you know unplugs phone lines when they come over someone's house? And him telling you he's going to hold you down, thats him telling you he's going to do it with force and lick your face, thats harassement..sexual harassement if you don't want it to happen. You should not make excuse for someone elses actions especially if they have made remarks like he does it cuz he can..no. I think you need to leave him alone and stay far away from him. I would hate to see another young woman be a victim of a young boys temper and something worst happen to you then just a twisted arm because he feels like he can control you. Please do something and don't take this lightly. Not in today's society.
is this kid from and India family? the India people are crazy in first love relationships.

you could give him a HJ and that would cool his jets for a few hours.
ok um. if i were you i'd give up on this guy. he obviously is just using u and if ur going to have a relationship u need to learn to trust each other, and by the way hes acting there doesnt seem to be a whole lot of trust. and i dont think he is ready for a serious relationship. he needs to grow up first. not to be mean or anything but he seems to be immature.. at age 18. he should be turning into an adult and taking responsibility, instead of twisting ur arm. soo if i were you, i'd just give up on this guy. theres a whole lot of great guys out there and ur still young so u got ur whole life ahead of you. don't waste ur time on a silly boy like him. haha i sound old.. im actually only 13. but oh well. just saying what i think.

i hope you guys work things out. and you meet someone thats actually a nice guy.

    %26lt;3
RUN, don't walk in the other direction of this boy. He sounds like he has some very big issues and trust me, you don't need to be in the middle of it.

If he continues with his ';stalking'; behavior tell him you will seek legal advice on how to make him stop. You may even have to go as far as getting a restraining order against him.

He sounds like bad news with a capital BAD.

    Good luck to you.
