one bit of advice to try to beat the ticket is to say i never received it cuz it wasnt sent certified, thats fine but can they put an instant warrant out on me if i dont appear???Need some advice about photo camera ticket?

You won't have an ';instant warrant';. You will get a second notice. But do not ignore this, because they will issue an FA warrant (failure to appear), as well as a warrant on the misdemeanor traffic charge. Depending on where you live, the FA may not be issued, as some states require that you have actually signed a citation or summons acknowledging you understand you must contact / appear in court to issue a failure to appear warrant. Understand though, it is not going away. You may not ever have an officer come to your door, but it will go into the NCIC database, and whatever your state database is, and eventually you will get pulled over, or go to renew your DL, or a bored cop with a computer in their squad will run your plate and boom, it will be there to deal with. Handle it.
