i recently bought a pet mouse and was wondering when handling outside the cage, are there any special tricks i can employ to help make him tame, rather than just running in my hands? or is that interaction fine? Also, any tips for a new owner would be greatly appreciated.Advice about my new pet mouse!?
Mice are not dogs, nor do they have the intelligence even near a dog, so no, it would be the closest thing to impossible to teach them any tricks. The mouse should come tame in the beginning. You can hold mice by their tail or just let them scurry around. Just comply to the mouse's needs by giving him needed food/water. Also give him one of those wheels. They love those things.
