you can either stretch the frenulum by getting in a warm bath and pulling the skin down more and more gradually everyday so that it loosens/ put a dab of baby oil on it and do the same thing when you masturbate or get a frenuloplasty
If you tried circumcising for a month you must have a very strange idea of what circumcision is. I know you prefer not to see a doctor, but it's the only way forward. The exam won't last that long and he'll have seen worse then yours before.
